  • How to book?
    You can request for a cleaning or house keeping session through a phone call or through an Email . We will make a cleaner’s reservation for a time and day convenient for you and then cleaner will be dropped at your location as per the time booked.
  • Is there any minimum hours per visit?
    Yes. There is a Minimum of 4hrs per visit
  • Which areas do you cover?
    We currently cover Dubai marina, Al barsha, The lakes, Emirates hills, Tecom, The gardens, Springs, Greens, Meadows, Jumeirah Island, Jumeirah park, Jvt, Jvc, Jbr, Victory heights, Sports city, Motor city, Layan community, Discovery garden, Arabian ranchers, Remraam, Dip, Green community, Emirates golf, Festival City, Mirdif, Silicon Oasis.
  • Do I have to be at home when my maid visits?
    Not necessary, you can authorize us with your key if you wish.
  • How can trust your staff?
    We choose our staff on highly recommendation, strong contract and honest persons. Moreover you are never dependent on staff but on the company for which we take full responsibility.
  • Will have the same maid on every visit?
    If you are a regular customer you will have same maid on each visit unless you are asking a replacement.
  • What happens if I am not happy with my cleaner?
    You have always option to change your cleaner with or without any reason. Your satisfaction is our goal
  • Is there any contract to sign?
    If you wish you can sign the contract. It’s not necessary to sign contract to hire the staff from us. If you book regularly we will keep the staff for you regular cleaning needs. We will never change or cancel the service unless you call for cancellation.
  • Can I leave the notes for cleaner?
    Yes you can, if you wish to leave notes then our staff will start the work accordingly to your notes.
  • Who cleans my home?
    Female philipina maids who speak and understand excellent English clean your home
  • Who provide the cleaning materials, products and equipments?
    The client should provide required cleaning products and equipments. we can provide also if you pay extra.
  • If I have some complaints & suggestions about your service, where I can report?
    You report us with in 12 hours in our toll free number 800 5565 or Mob: 055 79 68 917.
  • What are the payment method you have?
    Payment will be made end of the session in cash, cheque or bank transfer. Weekly or monthly contract must be paid in advance.
  • What are your Service timings?
    We work 6 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm except on Friday, but in exceptional case we provide on Fridays also.
